Turbine Tower

This project explored how an automotive garage could be replaced by a residential scheme in the heart of Grimsby. The project 
aimed to provide a possible method to deal with a low percentage of home ownership. The scheme explored how the project could integrate into Grimsby town centre, but also what the project could contribute to the wider infrastructural system.

The scheme aimed to provide accommodation to transient workers who often have major sleep disruptions during work shifts. The scheme was therefore designed to allow each user to control their environment to better rehabilitate disrupted circadian rhythms. This was performed though a dynamic and controllable facade system.
